Guests are given access to one parking space in the underground parking lot through a state-of-the-art private and secured tunnel via Swede Alley. The Parkite complex features a fully-equipped fitness center and ski lockers located just behind the lobby. A lounge and fireplace are in the lobby for your enjoyment before leaving for an evening out on the town.

Excellent. We had a few small issues that were almost comical getting into the unit, but other than that, it was super simple, and we loved our stay. The home is beautiful and very cool and in the best location if you are wanting to explore downtown PC.

What a great place! Talk about location, too! Right across from The famous “ spur” bar and we loved it! The hot tub was great, too. The decor and amenities and top notch updates were amazing! The chefs kitchen had everything we needed! We will be back!
