With 2200 square feet of living space, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
You will enter through the front door and descend the flight of stairs to the main level living area offering a modern mountain flare.
Living Room: Situated just a few steps down is a cozy haven with mountain contemporary décor, a sectional sofa, plush chairs, and a 65” Smart TV with cable. Warm up by the gas fireplace or make use of the nook, perfect for a work space or indoor fun with games on the shelves. Step outside through French doors to the lower-level patio where a soothing hot tub awaits, offering the perfect relaxation after a day of adventure.
Kitchen: You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. The kitchen also grants access to a back deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Granite counters and bar seating for four add a touch of luxury to your culinary experience.
Dining Area: The dining area features a wood dining table with chair and bench seating for up to seven guests. Additionally, there's a 2-seat bistro table for those intimate meals.

We recently stayed at this Park City home located on Ontario Avenue. It was a great location, about 60 feet from Main Street and a pretty easy walk to Town Chair Lift. The home was very well kept, clean, and fun for our family. There's a large hot tub on the back deck and views from every level of Park City Resort. Very affordable and the management company was very helpful to arrange grocery deliver in advance, ski valet, and dog sledding too. The bunk room was a little tight but my kids didn't mind as they all had their own bed. The park city shuttle stop is about 100 feet away as well so it was easy for us go get to Deer Valley and the Canyons too. No need for a car with this location which was a nice savings. We will be back!

The location of this home in proximity to downtown is absolutely amazing. It is well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub, one of the key reasons we selected this property, was unusable. The sludge build up appeared to be toxic and I could not let my family use it. When I contacted the property management about it I was told “sorry you are having this experience” with no solution.Every toilet seat in the home was also broken. Finally, I find a 10am check out time to be a bit unreasonable - why not 11am like most?
