We didn't ended up staying. But we got to see the house and the neighborhood. It was very lovely!

Everything was well organized and they had a book explaining the rules for check out

Home was nice but amenities were scarce. They left 3 towels for 3 guests for 5 nights/6 days!!! No washer and dryer. Also was told to load the dishwasher but it was full of clean dishes. The garbage can was also full.
