Nestled on one of the most picturesque waterways in the Tahoe Keys, this air-conditioned 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat is where lakeside luxury meets mountain charm. Designed with families in mind, the home offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable gatherings -- from lively game nights in the upstairs lounge to sun-soaked afternoons and evening BBQs on the waterfront deck.

This home accommodates up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults. Children under 13 are welcome within the 14-person total. These rules apply 24/7.

Bring your water toys! The dock fits a 30' boat, waverunner, or kayak -- just 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe.

This stunning retreat offers two levels of inviting living spaces. Cook like a pro in the large, open kitchen featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and newly refinished hickory wood floors. The indoor dining table seats 10, with additional breakfast bar seating. The upstairs game room boasts a pool table, roulette/blackjack table, a 50" Smart TV, gas fireplace, and ample seating. Downstairs, relax in the living room with a 55" Smart TV, YouTube TV streaming, DVR, and cozy fireplace. The sauna fits 4 and a tiled steam shower provides additional relaxation after a day on the lake or slopes.

This house was incredible. My family really enjoyed the very fancy hot tub and the fire pit on the gorgeous deck. It was an insanely gorgeous view and clean and elevated set up outside. The hot tub code was on the fridge which we didn't see initially, but the response time from the management company was super fast. We were so delighted with the kid toys and chair/table set up provided. It helped tremendously. There was so much to do in the house that no one got bored. The house was very clean and all appliances were new and high end. We loved this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all, we had a great trip. The house is very spacious which was perfect for our group of 10 - 2 “parents”, they 2 kids and 6 friends. The location was great - near many of the mountains (closest to Heavenly). My only suggestion would be to replace the dishwasher as it does not clean dishes too good and the bottom rack does not slide in an out too good when there are dishes in it (dishes are too heavy). we had to rewash most dishes we took out of the cabinet for the first time (cheese stuck to plates) and after taking them out of the dishwasher.
