We loved our stay at Gulf Winds-Down! The location was great. I was afraid we would be able to hear all the good times happening down the street, but didn't hear a thing. The home was decorated beautifully and the front porch was an added bonus we used each night. Everything was clean and well maintained. So very glad this home popped up on my search. And Grayt Coat Rentals was wonderful to book through.

Property is as advertised: clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It is on the best street in Grayton with easy beach access. Furniture and beds are cozy and comfortable, front porch has great seating and a big cushy porch swing. Everything is well-decorated and very clean. No issues at all - instructions were clear and reasonable. Great stay.

Had a wonderful fall vacation with our son and family. Gulf Winds Down is such a beautiful place with everything you will need. Such a friendly community - loved the locals! Pool right across the street and short walk to the beach and bay.
