By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. My wife and I stayed at this property for 6 weeks this past winter so I have a lot to say about the condo. First the positives. Emily is a great host and was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The check in and check out process was smooth as silk. The condo is located at the very back of a large subdivision and has a lot of privacy and nice surroundings. Lots of wildlife when we would walk around such as alligators, turtles, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits etc. The pool area is very nice and the pool works great. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were good. the bathrooms were all very clean and nice. The televisions are good size and come with a good cable package. The AC and heat both work well. Good size bedrooms and living area. Very nice balcony over the pool area off the main bedroom. Now for areas that need improvement. The carpeting is very old and has a ton of stains and really needs to be replaced. The couch has a big tear in it and the dining room table chairs all have rips and tears. Also the beds could us a blanket on them as well as the thin comforter that is there.

I love this property!! Is on a nice area closed to a lot off fast food and restaurants. Nice State park like 10min from the property. The house was very clean and got everything we need to have a great vacation. The pool was nice and warm with a lot off privacy. Disney is like 25min and outlets stores are like 35. Most important thing was the host was very nice person answer all my question quit.

We arrived very late after flight delays. The door code we were given did not work, and we could not use the VRBO contact without WiFi. After a half hour, the host responded to an email and we tried a few codes before accessing the property. This was the only issue we had during our stay, but it was indeed frustrating after an extremely long day of travel. The townhouse is not "brand new" as in the description. The carpet is very old and stained. We found the home to be adequately clean, other than baseboards. The front door is not very welcoming, needs to be thoroughly washed, and the presence of a filthy trash can, which had not been emptied, was a turn off. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the fact that this unit is at the end of the development. The community pool is nice. Be aware that the private pool at this property is extremely small..perhaps 8-10’ square and no more than 3’ deep. It was heated and fine for the 2 of us. The lanai is also very small, but we enjoyed spending most of our time there. Cushions, only two, were soiled and in need of replacement. The sofa in the living room needs to be cleaned. We did inform the host that silverware and glasses were in short supply. 2 water glasses, 1 teaspoon?? Everything else was adequate for our stay, but a family might have to reconsider. All in all, it served our needs. I would most likely be more selective if I visit the area again.
