Incredible mountain views and a large south facing deck. Over 2700 sq. ft. of living space. Mountain and southwestern decor. Fully equipped, large kitchen with beautiful kitchen island that seats 4. Lots of prep space for meals with family or friends. Dining table seats 6. Flatscreen, wood fireplace, wet bar and comfortable leather seating in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Full size washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Every window has a mountain view. Entry loft area provides even more space.

Easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. From Jan-Mar enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
Less than a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, City Market, REI, coffee, ski/board rentals, shops, bowling and the Silverthorne Outlets.
An easy drive or walk/bike on the rec path to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts or Friday Farmers Market from June through September. The rec/bike path has over 55 miles of paved path. Also less than a 5 minute drive or a longer walk to the Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals and the Tiki Bar. Just a couple blocks to the trail access for the National Forest for hiking, mountain biking or snowshoeing. We had an amazing stay. The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was very close to many ski mountains. The location was safe and beautiful. Right off the main road (route 6) but far enough away that it was quiet. It was specious and comfortable. Rooms were equipped with many pillows and blankets. Views were gorgeous. Fireplace was a beautiful addition on the cold nights! We loved the stay and will be renting again Next year for our annual ski trip! Exactly what we were looking for!

A father/daughter group took our first trip to CO for some skiing. This house had an excellent location to explore both Keystone and Breck. The layout of the house worked well for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and we were able to do what we needed to do. The huge plus is the private hot tub with great views of the mountains. No trekking in the snow or ice to get your warm dip. The one nit is that everything is on a different level. From the entrance it is down to the living room, from the living room it is down to the kitchen, from the kitchen it is down to the bedrooms. For us sea level dwellers it could be quite an effort to go up from the bedroom to the living room. Putting that aside, though, we would certainly rent this place again if we make it out to CO again. Loved the house.
