About this house rental
Beautifully updated family friendly 1913 island bungalow only two and a half blocks from the beach and entertainment. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cozy home features fully equipped kitchen and bath, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors throughout, central HVAC, washer/dryer and Smart Roku TV is provided. The cottage has 2 bedrooms ( queen bed in one and 2 twins in the other). The cozy living room has a memory foam queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all you'll need for your stay - pots, pans, dishes, flatware, coffee maker, blender, microwave and basic staples (salt, pepper, sugar, cream). The interior is beach cozy contemporary and is a blend of antique and modern furnishings including ship-lapped walls and exposed brick. . Other amenities include a vintage styled bathroom with ball and claw tub/shower combo, and a stackable washer/dryer. Great front porch for evening relaxing! Hosting and customer service is what we do best! We will make sure to check in with our guests via VRBO messenger when you arrive, but otherwise, we will leave you to explore the island and enjoy the Cottage on Avenue Q's amenities. We are always available 24/7 via messenger during your stay in case you have any questions or concerns. Don't miss out staying in this wonderful charming home!

The Cottage was clean and cozy. The AC worked well and the fans in the rooms and living room. Kitchen was a good size, great stove and plenty of dishware, utensils and pots and pans and nice quality as well. The washer and dryer was a plus being by the beach and after a week's stay. Neighborhood was not noisy and close to not only the beach but stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will return for another visit. Thank you.

The TV was not working and the host Cy went out to buy a new one for us.
