We offer you a beautiful apartment at a beach club, where you can enjoy an unparalleled stay. This is an excellent option for your resort stay. We’re located in the fantastic city of Santa Marta, specifically in the Pozos Colorados neighborhood. Our essential amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV; we also have a magnificent balcony with incredible views.

At the front desk upon check-in, you must pay the registration fee per person, which is 55,000 COP (approx. 16 USD) for the entire stay, which is not included in the accommodation rate. (This fee is not included in the VRBO rates because it is collected directly by the building management.)
All guests who are residents of Colombia will be asked, via VRBO Chat or at the front desk, to present a physical, official government-issued ID. (Citizenship Card, Driver’s License, ID Card, Civil Registry Document).
It is important that this information be provided at least 24 hours before check-in, as pre-registration is required at the building’s front desk. If this information is not provided, you will not be allowed to enter the property.
If you are a foreign national, you must present a VISA or PASSPORT with a Colombian immigration stamp proving your legal stay in the country.
If you do not present this documentation, you will not be allowed to enter the accommodation, and the penalties established by VRBO for this property will apply.
