Located in a small beach neighborhood nestled between coffee shops, popular restaurants and shopping, the home is a 10 minute walk from the beach, and only a 6 mile drive to historic downtown St. Augustine! Ride bikes under oak-lined streets or on the beach. Take a walk along A1A Beach Blvd. to where you can enjoy a morning breakfast, beachside ice cream, or top-notch seafood.
This quiet, tucked away three bedroom, two bathroom split-floor plan home is the perfect retreat for a beach staycation. Work from "home" while enjoying all the amenities this property has to offer! Warm and inviting, the home has plenty of room for a large family or friend group. There is a fully stocked kitchen with large and small appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and fully stocked bathrooms with all the towel, linen and bathroom essentials you will need for your whole family. Atlantic Oaks features a private pool with large pool deck, including a gas grill and tiki bar. Cook out and soak up the Florida sun poolside. Have your own personal bbq or lounge on one of the four pool chairs to get a tan. Plan a family or group movie night in the spacious living room. The beach is an easy, pleasant walk right up the street. Beach chairs and towels are provided.
Enjoy close proximity to Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Daytona Beach Speedway, and numerous Florida Springs and parks.

We really enjoyed our stay. We vacation in St. Augustine frequently and this was one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need! The yards were well kept and the pool was a great addition! Loved the master bedroom! We would definitely stay here again!

The location was nice near, restaurants and downtown St Augustine. We all enjoyed the pool area. We were disappointed there was not a hot tub as advertised. The response of ITrip’s house manager was excellent. When ever we contacted them they responded immediately. All the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and accomadating.

Very nice house with a 15 minute walk to excellent beach. Great restaurants with a Publix and Walgreens/CVS nearby. Neighborhood is a bit dated. The microwave needs to be replaced as the handle was broken off. The pool controls were confusing so we did not use it. Overall, a good place to rent for St Augustine experience.
