Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps 6 across three bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen), plus a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional guest.
Outdoor Living: Unwind on your private rooftop deck or enjoy the gated courtyard. A shared BBQ area is available for sunset grilling.

Does the property have parking? Yes! We provide a private, two-car attached garage. We ask that guests utilize the garage to comply with the City's Good Neighbor Policy and keep street parking clear for residents.
Is there air conditioning? Tower 7 is designed to capture the refreshing Pacific breeze. While there is NO Air Conditioner, we have ceiling fans in every bedroom and the main living areas to keep you cool.
What beach gear is provided? Travel light! We provide linens, bath and beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs.
How well-equipped is the kitchen? The owners are avid cooks, so the kitchen is stocked far beyond a standard rental. You will find high-quality cookware, utensils, and appliances suitable for preparing a full holiday feast.
How do the TVs work? We offer Internet TV Streaming only. There is no cable, so please bring your login credentials for your favorite apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.).
Are there laundry facilities? Yes, the home features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Are there stairs? Yes, the home is spread over two levels plus the rooftop deck. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs.
What is the verification process for last-minute bookings? For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, we require an ID and Credit Card verification (photo of ID, card, and a selfie) within 10 days of payment or check-in. This is a mandatory safety protocol with no exceptions.

We came out to celebrate our daughters sweet 16 and had an awesome time! Location could not be better, the condo held us all perfectly and it was a great place to retire to after a long day. VERY clean and well set up, we needed nothing. Although there is no A/C we did ok with fans and open windows in the evening. We felt safe and comfortable and our VRBO host was awesome. Would definitely stay again and would recommend for sure! Thank you for a great week!

So clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is new and fresh and well stocked. The kitchen was great and allowed us to eat many meals in. The short walk to the beach was fantastic. Highly recommend this VRBO. Getting to use all of the beach chairs and boogie boards and beach umbrellas was wonderful. 10/10. We had no issues. I would highly recommend, and would gladly stay here in the future!

We really enjoyed our time. The property was exactly as promised and more. The place was very clean and easy to get to the beach. The process was also very organized and the property manager great to work with and communicated well. We will definitely come back.
