About this house rental
Welcome to our newly remodeled home with swim-up bar and heated pool. (ADDITIONAL FEE) You will feel like you are on a vacation retreat the second you drive up. As you enter, you can stop for a game of BILLIARDS, PING PONG, or continue on through the open concept family room and kitchen where you can treat yourself to some cold beverages at the fancy MARGARITAVILLE margarita maker. From there you will see the beautiful backyard pool. Throw your suit on and go relax poolside where there is seating for 4 at the swim up bar. We just installed a new pickleball court and If you need more to do, we have multiple yard games as well as corn hole and washers. Later that evening you can enjoy the barbecue area and the outdoor fireplace. The evening lighting will set your mood for a memorable vacation. We have wonderful neighbors, so we ask that you have quiet time starting at 10pm and no parties are allowed. As you make your way in for bed, you can enjoy your favorite shows on any of the 6 flatscreen TVs throughout the house all with YouTube TV with over 100 channels.

This house is amazing!! Very clean, lots of space! The beds were comfy and spacious! Owner was great, we had an issue with the waterfall and he came right over and got it working! Will definitely go back!!
