Charming 1930's two story front beach cottage in a duplex right on the sand! One car shared garage parking, large front patio with great ocean views and non-coin up laundry in the garage.
**Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning**
General Info:
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.
**All reservations are subject to owner approval**
Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.
Parking: 1 car parking - This unit provides 1 car shared garage parking.
Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!
Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.
You may want to bring: Charcoal, laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Nothing will beat this - just book if there's availability; it's incredible - the view, the dolphins outside - the beach is RIGHT out the front door. Perfect size for our family of 5, but could easily sleep 7 comfortably.

We had a great time. Beautiful historical cottage on the beach. Really enjoyed every minute. My boys had blast surfing . Whole family created beautiful memories at this special place.Thank you so much

The beach view was fantastic. On site parking was really convenient, and the place is really cute.

The location is amazing. The home is quite rustic. Sloped floor, light switches in odd places. Tall steps (making them hard for my 2 yr old to walk down). Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. We had ants show up in the bedroom. We texted the number fowe were given for any problems. He got back to us the next day. For the price when I looked after the fact, you can get a very similar location and a more updated cottage. We booked more last minute so availability was less. I would probably opt to stay elsewhere but in a similar location.
