Our stay at Kamaole Sands 5-414 was absolutely perfect! Communication was excellent, and everything was organized seamlessly from start to finish.The condo was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described and pictured. The view was stunning, and it truly had everything we needed and thoughtful touches throughout.Even with the rain, we had a wonderful stay. Beautiful, beautiful home — thank you so much for sharing it with us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good location. Place was clean. Beach chairs and umbrellas were nice. Some things beginning to show signs of use. Four plus overall, except the whole time we were there was a struggle with the A/C. Communication with the management company was generally prompt, but there was little action. When we arrived the A/C was not working, so they did send a person out that evening. He basically pulled the electrical disconnect and it started working. Great. The problem was that same reset had to be done once or twice a day at random times. If we weren't there or it was at night the place would heat up and it would take an hour or two to cool off again. Additionally, it was borderline cold even when it was running and we had to keep fans going at all times to keep what cool air there was moving. Irritating when your on vacation and have already paid someone else to take care of it. I kept emailing them and telling them about it and that I kept seeing HVAC vans in the complex, maybe one of them could stop at the unit. They would respond with boilerplate emails but they never sent anybody back out.
