The property is conveniently located. I accommodated our family of ten perfectly. There were four adults an six children ranging from 1-12 in our party. Extremely nice people managing the property. Would highly recommend this property to anyone regardless of the size of the party.

This is our second stay at The Berry House. It's an amazing, quiet, clean home with beautiful views of the countryside! The hosts were five star plus! Looking forward to next time!

This house is very nice and accommodating for the 7 people we had. Price is affordable too.

Actually the home itself wasn’t bad. I don’t think it was as well equipped in the kitchen as it could have been. The outside was not good. Dirt and spiderwebs all over house. Grass needed mowing. In riding through countryside and neighborhoods I didn’t see other yards looking so unkempt. The flowers in yard were beautiful but bushes showed neglect. We visit the Lancaster area several times a year and have always been delighted with our rentals. Until now.
