About this apartment rental
Recommended !! For a fantastic holiday in a beautiful resort throughout the year !! Given the unique location, size and luxury of the apartment and the beautiful view, very popular! Always sun in this area. So nice weather 12 months a year.

- In the heart of the Costa Blanca (320 days of sunshine), directly on the Mediterranean Sea
- Five star apartment (approx. 110 m 2) third floor (elevator available)
- Unobstructed view of the sea and beautiful landscaped park
- Enjoy the sun all day and evening due to the west location
- A sense of small scale, luxury and well-being
- Beautifully laid out and well maintained subtropical park with fountains and paths
- Three (child-friendly) large swimming pools and a beautiful lawn
- The Resort has its own boulevard directly on the sea (about 150 meters)
- Bus stop (Torrevieja) at 50 meters

- LIVING: Comfortable and spacious with cozy seating area
- SLEEPING: Two very spacious bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds)
- BATHING: Two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower)
- KITCHEN: Fully furnished with fixed stock (spices / oils / coffee / sugar)
- TEMP: AIRCO / floor heating and shutters throughout the apartment
- AUDIO: WIFI, TV-HD satellite and radio / CD player and DVD player
- ADDITIONAL: Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels

Great location, very close to restaurants and the beach. Apartment in good condition with access to TV, pool accessories, towels so no need to overpack!
