About this house rental
Welcome to the Indian Lake Retreat located just minutes South of Kalamazoo in Vicksburg, MI. This fantastic lake home features 2600 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for sleeping accommodations for up to 12 people. The home sits on a double lot with 80' of lake-frontage and features a sandy bottom swimming area. The 758 acre lake is clean and deep (75 feet) for all types of lake activities including great fishing with many different species including smallmouth and largemouth bass, northern pike, bluegill, perch, and crappie to name a few. There is a dock (in season) as well as 2 kayaks and a paddle board. The lot is green grass for yard games and also has a 20' x 20' lakeside patio.
The home is fully appointed with a 1000 square foot covered deck with ceiling fans and surround sound. The deck and lower level are handicap accessible. Inside the home features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a full side by side fridge, 2 mini-fridges, island with seating for 4, plus a larger elevated island bar with seating for 10, and dining table with seating for 8 that are perfect for entertaining. There is a 65” flat panel smart TV above the fireplace on the main floor. The home includes high speed wireless Xfinity cable internet. The lower level kitchen and dining area, outside deck area and garage all have surround system controlled by an ipad on the elevated island that will play your favorite streaming service. The lower level also has 2 full bathrooms, one of which also features direct outdoor access. Rounding out the main level is a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 3 with king beds, one with a queen bed, and a very small room with bunk beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs. There are 2 full and 1 twin air mattresses and a Pack-N-Play crib. The laundry room is also located upstairs with oversized front load washer and dryer.
The garage is fully stocked with life vests, tubes, wake board, skis, kneeboard, floaties, beach toys, tailgate toss, 20 outdoor chairs, 2 single kayaks, an oversized 8 burner grill, and a 36" Blackstone flattop grill. The garage is heated and also has a pool table, foosball table, and smart TV, making it another great place to hang out.
The driveway is large and has a full glass adjustable height basketball hoop and adequate parking for 8-10 cars. There is also a large playground and snack-bar within walking distance of the home and 3 golf courses within 15 minutes.
Also available for rent is an additional 3 bedroom, one bath loft with living room and wet bar above the garage that sleeps an additional 7 people. More details can be provided upon request.

My entire extended family of 12 stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and we would have stayed longer if available. The house is spacious and beautiful and all of the amenities and water toys kept all age groups completely occupied - so much fun!

Great location for a SW Michigan golf getaway. House was fantastic. We added the loft space which ended up working perfectly for our group. Highly recommend.

We were in Vicksburg for my daughters wedding. We had 16 people and there was lots to do. Games, toys, etc. Would highly reccoment

We were in town for a wedding and our family of 14 stayed at the house. What a beautiful house! The house has everything you could possibly need or want. Beautiful view of the lake and sunsets. House was clean, beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone! Host responding to our questions in a timely manner.
