Upstairs guests will find two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional living room with balcony overlooking the beach. Wifi, cable, keurig, tea kettle, elevator, garage and much more! DeBordieu is truly one of the best kept secrets of The Grand Strand place where families vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy this gem for a week, a month or a long weekend!

We had unfortunate timing with the weather. In spite of torrential rain and wind, our family had a great time. High Cotton is such a wonderful beach house. We should know, we basically spent the entire time inside! From the view to the layout of the common areas to the comfort and privacy of the bedrooms, we couldn't have asked for more. It also had the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen. We'll be back - hopefully with some sunshine next time!

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained property. 3 couples were very comfortable with enough space for both group gathering and privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Nice linens/comfortable bedding.Perfect location for sunrise.

Beautiful oceanfront home within Debordieu Plantation overlooking a private beach for miles ~ well equipped luxury home to enjoy during your vacation. Easy check in and communication with the realty company. We enjoyed the bicycle rentals along with chairs and cornhole boards during the stay. The elevator is a nice amenity to use also.
