This condo was very nice and comfortable. The beach view was amazing. The elevator did not work, parts were on order for the 3 weeks we were there. Hot tubs not working yet. Still recovering from the hurricanes. Gate attendants were very friendly. Location was excellent.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

beautiful view of the ocean right on the beach. but the unit needs serious updates. bathrooms and kitchen are very old and outdated, old caulking worn and removed in many places around floor and sinks leaving growth for mold and mildew. floors and countertops were dirty from insufficient cleaning before we arrived. mattress were lumpy and very old. daughter had some sort of bed bug bites the first night. we had to take the time to wash sheets and mattress pads on all beds. Called the rental place about issue and never got a call back or any solution.
