This beautiful villa with private pool in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, is perfect for groups of up to 8 people. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on a single floor, it offers comfort and ease of access for all guests. Additionally, it has air conditioning in the lounge and in all the bedrooms.
On the upper floor, you'll find a lovely lounge-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and access to a covered terrace and the pool. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms with two single beds each and one bedroom with a double bed. There are also two bathrooms with bathtubs on this floor. The ground floor remains closed and uninhabited during the rental.
Outside, the villa has an enclosed and partially wooded plot, with an 8x4 metre pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. There is also a brick-built barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals, as well as space around the pool to relax in the sun. Additionally, there is parking space on the same plot for 3-4 vehicles.
The location of this villa is peaceful, in a residential area, and is only 700 metres from Calpe town centre, as well as from the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The sandy beach is only 1.2 km away.
Some important notes are that this villa offers free WiFi and pets up to 12 kg are allowed for a supplement.
