This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to 4 people. There’s a large, comfortable living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Or step out onto the patio, pull up a chair and relax after a long day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen is right off the living room and has seating for four at the dining table and another two at the breakfast bar.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, and parking for two vehicles. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It backs up to trees and a walking path and was close enough to walk to Main Street. The shower was a bit wonky, you had to step up about 10” so that cuts down on headroom. If you are over 5’10, you won’t be able to stand up in it.

Garage parking was nice bonus. Close to town and walk to the lifts.

So we’ve stayed here before, but things have changed. It’s still in a great location but we don’t eat out every meal. We grilled steaks last time….but even thought the outside grill is in the pictures, there is no gas grill anymore! I like hash browns and fried egg for breskfast, but there isn’t even a spatulas to turn an egg! Only 3 forks left in the silverware drawer! I think they could do better. When management called, they said they would check into it, but never got back to me. At least The snow was great!
