This was a very walkable location for my husband’s appointment at UAB. We were also able to walk to nearby eateries. Despite the location, it was considerably quiet. We ran a brown noise app at night and slept soundly. Everything was clean and comfortable and everyone we met in the building was friendly and/or helpful. I also appreciated that parking was included.

We stayed here to go to the Kirklin Clinic that was within walking distance. Many restaurants to choose from close by. The room was just as described, and the host was very helpful.

A family member was having surgery at UAB and I needed my own place to rest, but also close enough to walk to the hospital as needed. It was perfect, very clean, and modern.

Loved this place. I was in town for business and stayed for 3 nights. It's in a safe location, near several restaurants and a 10 min drive to BJCC. Plus, I greatly appreciate how responsive and helpful Joshua was.
My only critique is regarding the dust in the space. Although the condo was pretty, orderly and smelled clean, the dust was considerable. And the pillowcases were not washed because I found makeup and hair on them. Thankfully laundry detergent was complimentary, so I was able to wash them. Also, please consider adding a couple of bottles of water (like at a hotel). Not everyone is a coffee drinker :)
Yes - I would stay again and highly recommend.
