• A $30 daily resort fee registers you with the Palmetto Bluff Club (registration opens 30 days before arrival). Fee collected at the time of booking.
• Once registered, you'll receive an access card packet upon arrival (at front gate).
• Use of club pools is $25 per person, per day (children 5 and under are free). Only pay for days when you use the facilities. One fee covers use at multiple pools being used in same day. Payment is taken by Pool Attendant at the time you enter pool.

The owner of the property represented it as "serene and peaceful" with an "oversized lawn." When we arrived the oversized lawn was the site of a construction project, which continued throughout our month long stay. The management company was great. The owner, however, apparently thinks it is perfectly acceptable to take 36,000 from a guest and not deliver the property she represented. We had traveled over 1,000 miles to get there, had booked the property for a month and were basically stuck. The owner, Marilyn Rich of San Rafael, is a real estate licensee in California and should know that it is not okay to misrepresent property that you are offering to the public.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is nicely appointed and well stocked. All the many spaces have charm and are comfortable. The check-in and out processes could not have been more seam less. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and we really appreciate the kind welcome gift! That was a very nice touch!
