OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Designed for relaxed desert living, you'll find wow-factor amenities like outdoor showers, fire features and water elements that add to the luxurious appeal of this mini resort. The heated in-ground pool features an integrated spa and tanning shelf, and the west-facing terrace is perfect for catching beautiful desert sunsets as the light fades behind the mountains. There are three outdoor dining areas, a barbecue, and plenty of comfortable poolside seating to accommodate festive group gatherings as well as quiet private moments off to the side. The lush greenery and dramatic landscape lighting compliment the striking architectural design and mid-century inspired furnishings - creating a spectacular, awe-inspiring vacation home that is truly magical. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. SLEEPING QUARTERS The main house offers one modern Queen and one modern King guest quarters that share a bath and each have direct patio access. The primary suite is set apart in the private casita featuring a King bed and direct pool access. The casita has a separate entrance. All of the bedrooms have flat screen televisions and are beautifully decorated.

Location was perfect! We brought our bikes and could ride downtown and elsewhere. Pool and hot tub were super nice to relax in. View was great and home all around was superb!

The house is located a block east of Ruth Hardy Park with amazing views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and a pleasant walk to North Palm Canyon Drive. The landscaping on the property is beautiful, with tall grasses and cacti, citrus trees, and ficus hedging for privacy. The property is well-lit at night. There are plenty of chaise lounges and chairs and outdoor dining areas. The pool, spa, and fire pit are incredible; the design is ideal. The pool also features a sun ledge for two chaises and umbrellas and a 3 unit waterfall, which is tranquil while enjoying the outdoors. The living space is ideal for relaxing and enjoying one's time, and the kitchen is appointed well. The interior is furnished with some nice mid-century reproductions and suits the home. There is plenty of mod-woodwork cabinetry, and the bathrooms are spacious with walk-in showers. Overall, this home is definitely a refurbishing of someone's architectural creation: glass and steel reminiscent of Alcoa's carefree aluminum homes of the 1950s, which I considered a privilege to have spent my sojourn in Palm Springs. I would like to see a bit of TLC in some areas (sun fading, etc.), but overall, it is a lovely home.

We had a lovely time staying at the Glass and Steel house. The weather did not cooperate, so we hung out at the house more than we'd planned, and had a great time.

We loved everything about this property. It is walking distance to town and the casino, or a quick Uber ride. The pool was warm and inviting no matter the time of day! My husband and I with two 16 year old girls would most definitely stay here again!
