Steps from Water & Restaurants, right at Jobos beach!, Great Location!

The location was a perfect mix or convenient and private, the pool area and grounds were amazing and the host was so helpful and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious two-story home in Isabela with our group of eight adults. Having a kitchen on each floor was a big plus and also having 8 batghrooms was a lifesaver. We loved enjoying breakfast and morning coffee on the upstairs balcony with views of the pool and a peek of the ocean. There are also many places to relax on the property if you want to step away from family and friends. The pool area was great, and the house is close to beautiful beaches—Jobos is perfect for adults, and Montones is calmer for families- these are a short drive away. Beach access directly from the property is a bit tricky due to vegetation and dunes, and the beach there isn’t ideal for non-swimmers.The house is well stocked with beach towels and chairs, which was very convenient. It’s a beautiful home, though the stairs and uneven pool stonework may be challenging for older adults (abuelas). There is a market and food trucks (some close early between 5pm-7pm) a short drive or walk away and there is a cute breakfast place across the street. Our host, Alex, was AMAZING—super responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond, even bringing us fresh local bread and pastries during a storm and was there in 5 minutes if we needed him. We truly appreciated his hospitality! A great place to stay with family and friends and my family and I strongly recommend staying there!! Thank you Alex!!

We had a family member get married at this part of the island and had a large group. This house was SO perfect for everything our family needed! So close to the beach (Jobos beach is the best! Cafes (Good Start!) And food trucks within walking distance. A oerfect memorabke vacation!!And food tricks in walkimg

The house appeared close to the ocean and in fact it was a hike down a very narrow and not easily navigable trail (my 80 year mother could not make it). There is a very large home/property between this property and the ocean. You can see the ocean from the property but only from a couple spots on the upper deck. In general the house was fine, but definitely not the view or perceived distance that the listing portrays. I would not come back or recommend for these reasons.
