Steps from Water & Restaurants, right at Jobos beach!, Great Location!

Great house, beautiful views. One minute walk to a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants. Easy parking at house. Great communication with house manager

The house was spacious with many rooms and two kitchens. We chose to use the upstairs kitchen as the main cooking one. We were near the beach with a walking path next to the house. It was easy to access. We found a door leading to the path connected to the house so it wasn’t necessary to walk from the street, but only realized this after a day in our stay. The pool was fun for a dip and there were plenty of places to lounge over coffee or reading.The two issues we had to be aware of were the stairway and the slippery floor. Our family is tall and many members bumped their heads on the narrow winding staircase, and we had to be extra careful if walking with wet feet on the floor, but otherwise the property was comfortable and accommodating. And in lugging groceries we realized there was a ramp beside the house that led to the street side entrance, so the stairs could be avoided. Beautiful property! We would rent it again!

We had such a great week with 12 family members! We had so much fun hanging out in the awesome backyard that we didn’t venture out much except to eat out. Great breakfast/lunch place right across the street. We did the trail to Survival Beach and really enjoyed it but not a leisurely trail. Alex was an amazing host!

The house appeared close to the ocean and in fact it was a hike down a very narrow and not easily navigable trail (my 80 year mother could not make it). There is a very large home/property between this property and the ocean. You can see the ocean from the property but only from a couple spots on the upper deck. In general the house was fine, but definitely not the view or perceived distance that the listing portrays. I would not come back or recommend for these reasons.
