This 3 bedroom, 2,5 bath villa is beautifully decorated in bright, beachy tones and offers everything you could want in a beach vacation. The living room looks out over South Beach and the Calibogue Sound. The living room is outfitted with a wet bar and flat screen TV. Enjoy the beautiful view from the private balcony. Relax on the rocking chairs or dine with a view at the table for up to 6 people. Flowing off the living room is the dining area with table and seating for up to 6 people. Adjacent is the spacious kitchen which has a breakfast table that seats 6 and accesses yet another balcony.

Unit was not very clean, especially the floors and deck areas. Highly recommend a broom in the unit. We tried using the small vacuum sweater but it was not helpful. Additionally some of the sheets were stained and we had to wash before using them. Regarding communication, we received a lot of emails regarding the unit but only one with the building code. This created some confusion.

Everything went smoothly. Check in and communication was easy. The condo was well-equipped and clean. I didn’t cook much, but the couple times I did, they had what I needed. There were games and puzzles. Air conditioning worked well. Views were incredible. The location was amazing. Walk to Salty Dog. Walk to pickleball/tennnis. Ride bikes to HarborTown. Private beach area on sound. We walked 2 min around the bend and sat at the ocean. Clean, refreshing pool. Saw fireworks on the 4th from the beach. Didn’t have to deal with the hassle from the crowds. I will stay here again.

Great view and location. Very good communication and very clean. Master bed mattress needs update, freezer ice would not dispense, several slow drains especially secondary shower.Definitely would stay again.

We loved the view and location. Plenty of room and accessories available. Beds and furniture was comfortable. Weather was fantastic and loved riding bikes and walking to the Salty dog.The coffee pot was broke and the kitchen needed updating, but had a fantastic time on the Island!
