The management company was very easy to work with and they were very accommodating when our travel plans shifted due to missed flights. They accommodated us an extra night at a discounted rate. They were easy to communicate with via text which was super helpful. The condo was as described. We loved the onsite ski valet and the great location within the village.

The building was fun and in an excellent spot for the 4th of July celebrations. We were concerned with the following:The smaller bedroom’s air conditioner didn’t work. The more you turn down the temperature, the hotter the air would blow out of the register. The room turned into an oven, our poor 5 year old son overheated while sleeping. We were not aware of this and had we not left his door cracked open this could have been disastrous. The next day we had to turn off the air all together and open a window. But that window lacks a screen so we had to close it to avoid bugs. Not cool- in both the figurative and literal sense. The air register in the main room above the couch has some debris inside it that rattles around when the air turns on. Kept waking us up. The carpet needs to be stretched as there are several bubbles which became trip hazards. The microwave sounds like it was breaking down and was very loud. Multiple lights didn’t work in the eastern bathroom. Not enough hand soap- the liquid soap was out or nearly empty. Overly religious decor and books all about the unit. We understand this is a privately owned unit but the placement of religious materials all about was a bit much. Only one box of facial tissues in the entire unit. Other places where facial tissue box holders were present were empty.
