We loved the property and location. Super quiet and very accessible to everything we wanted to do. only 2 drawbacks that affected our stay or it would have been 5 stars. The upstairs refrigerator was not working properly. I had seen in past reviews from months ago that it was an issue but it was not mentioned in recent reviews. But it was a problem for us. The downstairs refrigerator worked great. The activity partner that we had to go through for the kayaks was a problem as well. I would hope it was just the activity we wanted to do, and maybe things will be great for everyone else in the future. Overall - we enjoyed our stay. The rooms and size of the property were awesome and the hot tub was great as well. I would totally return if the other things can be figured out.

We had a great time at this property! It was easy to communicate with the managers and the home was clean, incredibly well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom areas and had fun amenities to keep everyone entertained! We will definitely stay again!

Very disappointing stay!!! On paper this looks like a great rental. In reality it has a broken refrigerator and zero customer service from iTrips, the company managing the property. They knew the refrigerator was broken on 2/8, but still rented it to me on 2/27! I've been trying for two weeks to get someone to address my issues and they refuse to communicate! I will never rent anything associated with iTrips again! Very Disappointing!!!
