About this house rental
This fully renovated home is the perfect place to decompress and spend time with friends and family. You can relax on the indoor or outdoor patio, unwind in the hot tub, gather around the firepit, eat together at the extra long dining table, or play board games in the cozy living room. It is two blocks from the lake and the backyard is surrounded by trees giving it the perfect cabin feel.
The Space:
We designed this home with our guests in mind. The large kitchen is a great place to be together while preparing meals since it is right off the living room, making for the perfect gathering space. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, creating plenty of space to sprawl out in your own private areas.
The cabin also includes a four season patio, hot tub, large front porch, outdoor fire pit, and BBQ grill.
There is plenty of parking for multiple cars and even a boat trailer. Bring your boat as the boat ramp is only two blocks down the road!

Lake Access:
- All docks in walking distance are private and unfortunately cannot be used by guests.
- Guests can rent a slip at Big M or Eagle Rock Marina (15 mins by car, almost 10 by boat).
- There is also public lake access (with a swim beach) by Big M Marina and a roped off swimming area at the Eagle Rock Corp of Engineers Campground.

- Eureka Springs - 25 minutes
- Branson - 1 hour
- Big Cedar Lodge (Top of the Rock) - 1 hour
Other Details to Note:
We do not have WiFi at any of our properties, the perfect excuse to disengage with technology and relax in nature! If you do need internet or want to hook up to the smart TV, you can connect it to your hotspot (Verizon gets the best cell service). We also have a DVD Player with an assortment of movies and a variety of board games & puzzles for the family!

We loved this home. Plenty of beds for all 10 of us, the large dinner table is perfect for meals and games. Hottub was relaxing after a hard day on the water. Close proximity to the lake and access to swim was super fun for us after dinner. Easy to get to and plenty of parking for 3 cars and my boat trailer. Large griddle on back porch available for cooking meals outside. Fire pit in back yard was fun for a evening campfire. Other properties close for another family that came down with us. Wifi would be nice but cell service is good. Has a big tv and dvd player with assortment of movies. Only complaints are could use a larger trash dumpster and our bed creaked badly but its not a deal breaker. Hope to stay here again.

We had a family weekend of Trout Fishing and it was the perfect location to fit us all, and not far from the Roaring River! We all had a wonderful time! We enjoyed not having internet and just enjoying each other and playing games. Thank you for sharing this home with us for wonderful memories to last a lifetime!!
