We had a very good experience dealing with Brooks and Shorey Resorts. There were some things that could improve the overall stay in condo 502. A few cosmetic changes would enhance the look of the unit. (Fix cracked paint down the wall from a leak in the ac in the past, pillow cases on all pillows, remove paint cans and lamp fixtures from the closets to open up more space for guests. An updated dishwasher (the current one has rust on the inside) and fixing the tiles that are off in the floor of the second bedroom). There was trash under the bed in the second bedroom,Anytime we needed to contact Brooks and Shorey, the issue was fixed quickly and professionally. (There was no broom in the unit and they had one broom up immediately) The freezer had been left open and was completely full of ice and snow, the maintenance man came immediately and fixed everything. The staff made every effort to make our stay great and we would recommend them in the future. We loved having beach chairs and an umbrella everyday, Jacob was phenomenal. The location is quiet and the beach is beautiful. Great food is just a short drive away.
