Overall this property was amazing. A few things seemed a little dirty/worn but not food areas or bathrooms - those were great. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. The stairs are steep on the outside and on the inside but as long as you're careful they are fine. We got 7" of snow which was incredible! But you would for sure need 4 wheel drive if there was potential for winter weather. The driveway is steep. The location of the house is wonderful. We loved easy access to Blowing Rock and Boone. The view from the deck are wonderful. We saw a deer outside our bedroom window. We really enjoyed the pool table. The air hockey and ping pong are in the unheated garage so it was too cold for us to use those but would be great during warmer weather. The neighborhood that the house is in is really nice and felt totally safe. It was me, my husband, and our 2 adult sons. We all agreed that we'd like to rent the same place next year!

In Boone for work, everything was neat and tidy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
