Very beautiful cabin. The hot tub was amazing. There was a jacuzzi tub in our bedroom that was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of games to enjoy. Very close to 2 different towns. I would stay here again.

I reserved “Remote Rendezvous “ for my parents to stay in while I was in a larger cabin with my kids and grandkids. My parents prefer a quieter environment and, with the weather forecast of hurricane Helene, had planned to stay in and watch DVDs and relax most of the time. The description of the unit stated they had of DVD player. Upon arrival we found out it did not have a DVD player and management informed us that the owners had decided not to replace it when it broke. They stated that wasn’t a problem because they had streaming to the smart TV. However, the entire Resort area had no Internet. My family was in a cabin just around the corner and we had Internet due to the fact that the owners of our cabin had purchased their own private Internet and did not use the resort Internet. We attempted to purchase two separate DVD players to use ao they could watch movies, however, in both cases neither DVD player worked with the TVs that were provided. The cabin also smelled a little musty and necessitated the purchase of a couple air fresheners to make it a more pleasant stay. could not get the pinball machine to work and could find no way to turn off the ceiling fan in the living room, even after contacting maintenance. Other than that, the cabin was clean and functional, and all other amenities were provided. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful and very kind. I just don’t think I would reserve this particular cabin again to stay at. All cabins are privately owned so it just varies cabin to cabin. The larger cabin that my family stayed at (Smoky Mountain Views) was amazing and excellent!
