The second floor features a peaceful living area, complete with a spacious sectional, flat-screen TV, wet bar, and access to a private balcony. Our second time staying at this property. We love it! Close walk to beach’s shops and restaurants! Does get hot upstairs but that’s expected in a town home in the heat of summer!

The condo was in excellent condition and had a good location. Short walk to the water. We rode our eFoils on the bay behind the buildings

We loved the fact that it was convenient for the beach… but unfortunately the space has not really been updated in some areas. We couldn’t use the pull out couch as it’s all old and I’m sure broken as you can feel every spring. There was no way to rinse the sand off before entering as the water is shut off in the front. The dryer squeaks so horribly we had to make sure to time the use of it. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is not properly installed that it was hard to try and get the water temp right too. Again definitely loved the convenience of how close it is but definitely in need of some upgrades.
