Parade of Homes Cabin w/hot tub, outdoor fireplace, community riverfront!

We booked a last minute trip and arrived within 24 hours! It's a beautiful, serene log cabin about 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. A Walmart is close by for delivery or picking up anything you need! This home has three bedrooms - one on each floor. The TVs are located in the basement living and main level living spaces. If you are traveling with little kids, there are safety locks and gates on the stairs, but there are no bath tubs. All the closets are locked, so if you like to unpack, there is only a small rod to hang clothes in the primary bedroom and two large night stands to use, same for a rod in the top floor room. The basement room has less storage options - not a big deal if you don't unpack. The top floor queen sized bed is firmer and higher up if you prefer that style bed, where as the primary bedroom on main (king) and basement level (king) are both lower to the ground with softer mattresses. We did not use the pull out couch, so not sure how that mattress is. The house was ready for us to cook meals, a coffee pot, a grill, two wood burning fire places (one inside and out, with wood stocked) and a gas fireplace. The river is about a 7 minute walk (hilly), and my kids loved to go to fish and look for critters. The decks are beautiful and the hot tub was a lovely way to relax. There's pacman, foosball, and lots of woods to explore! FYI The hill is steep leaving the neighborhood so in the winter it could get a little dicey without 4x4. Would come back!!!

Very peaceful comfortable cabin. Short drive down to the river for fishing and plenty of space for kids to play! Hot tub was large and a nice view!

Host was very responsive, house was amazing and had everything our family could ask for!
