My daughters and I had an amazing time at the sweet Escape. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the beach access, views of the bay, dolphins swimming and also the town of white stone and kilmarnock. My nanny lived in white stone when I was a little girl and staying here really brought back a lot of memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is an excellent location and the views of the bay are great. While it's a 'no frills' low-key accommodation, we had a great time. The only recommendations: redo the kitchen sink and add 1 more air conditioning small unit, as well as shore up the pillars out back; during the 1 storm we had I was a little worried the middle pillar might not be structurally sound. We loved the area and had great food and took a daytrip to Jamestown. A nice location.

This quaint beach cottage has a 5 star expansive waterfront view of the Chesapeake Bay with an idyllic sandy shallow beach to access & splash around in. The house is cozy, cute, eclectic, and one of a kind. It's a quintessential beach cottage wit all the basic necessities. My wife and I saw lots of Eastern Blue Birds, Herons, eagles and other species. We had a wonderful beach hike at the nearby Hughlett Point Natural Area Preserve. Lots of restaurants, art galleries & shopping in the nearby town of Kilmarnock. Windmill Point & Marina had a fun sandy beach, tiki-bar and fishing pier.

property looks much nicer in pics. house is pretty run down. yard work was half done. garbage bin is very small. was left only 5 towels for a week with 6 ppl. over all is a nice location, just needs some work.
