About this house rental
This nicely refinished sound front 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex is perfect for a couple or family with small children! “Dalton” is the lower unit in this residential duplex and is conveniently located across the street from Banks Channel. Enjoy the private access to the canal and take a stroll along the water’s edge or enjoy a quick swim or other water activities. Near by you can also visit the Oceanic Restaurant and famous Crystal Pier, just make sure to bring your fishing gear!
This home has an open kitchen dining and living area that also opens onto the covered porch for endless views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The living space is furnished comfortably, and the open space makes family time and meal prep very convenient for families. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has shared access to the second bathroom.
Whether you are visiting Wrightsville Beach for family vacation or looking for a couple’s getaway you will surely enjoy the view from this cozy home and lovely sound breezes while rocking on the porch! The entry stairwell is shared between the units so please be respectful of the neighbors.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

The unit was very clean and spacious, it was just my wife and I but we could have brought the kids and used the second bedroom. We would definitely book this property again.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Even though we didnt cook or eat in. It was well stocked with dishes, coffee makers, ice maker and utensils. Loved having morning coffee on balcony overlooking waterway.

The stay was good, the only problem we had was that when we showed up, the washer and dryer was not working. A new stack washer dryer unit was brought in, but the installation was not scheduled at all, and men just showed up in our rental house with the new stack unit. This was not ideal with 2 children under 2 years old in need of a nap.
The installers also did not even install the washer drain hose, leaving it next to the washer. When we ran the first load of laundry, water was running all over the floor! When we figured out the problem, I had to pull the unit out and install the drain hose myself with what tools we had on hand...
Aside from the washer dryer hang up, the stay went well.
