NEWLY BUILT BEACHFRONT HOME IN LAS MAREAS, ROCKY POINT – Bella Mareas is a newly built, true beachfront home with remarkable views of the Sea of Cortez, located in the gated Las Mareas subdivision within Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico. This lavish, single-story home offers 4 large bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
BEDROOMS – Two front bedrooms offer glorious beach views, patio access, and king-size beds. The two back bedrooms feature queen-size beds, with one offering its own private patio and beach access. Every bedroom includes its own uniquely tiled private bathroom, and one master suite features a built-in bathtub. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.
KITCHEN & DINING – The fully equipped kitchen faces the Sea of Cortez and includes a coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and refrigerator, plus a breakfast bar seating 4 and a large round dining table seating up to 8.
LIVING AREA – The spacious, comfortable family room offers plenty of seating and a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood), with ceiling fans throughout, central A/C and heat, Wi-Fi, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV with Dish Network included at no charge.
OUTDOOR SPACES – The covered beachfront patio features a charcoal BBQ (bring your own), a wood-burning fire pit, an outdoor shower, and both patio furniture and beach chairs for guest use.
PARKING – A spacious 4-car garage is included, with the home situated at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac.
POLICIES – No smoking inside; pets are not permitted.

My family had a great time at this awesome beach front home. The tile work in the home was beautiful. AC worked great and had comfy beds. There was plenty of beach equipment. The beach was clean and never crowded. We would rent again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious beach house right on the beachfront! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand and waves, with stunning ocean views from sunrise to sunset.The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably fit our whole group. There was plenty of room to relax both inside and out — the open-concept living area made it easy to spend time together, while the bedrooms were quiet and private. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially loved dining out on the patio with the sea breeze in the background.Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, this beach house is the perfect home base. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A group of us spent a week in this lovely home. The patio and ocean view were wonderful.the beds and baths were comfortable. The kitchen had all of the appliances and utensils we needed. The new Walmart was handy for supplies and cold medicine.
