Step out onto the oceanfront decks to take in captivating sunrises and sunsets, or unwind on the large sun deck perfect for lounging, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the salty sea breeze. With a new privacy fence on the top-floor deck, you’ll enjoy your own secluded piece of paradise. Best of all, “Lucky Enough” has a convenient elevator, giving everyone easy access to all levels, from the ground floor up.

Inside, enjoy satellite TV, wireless internet, and the comfort of a fully equipped home. After your time on the sand, rinse off in the spacious enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower with a private changing area. There’s even a washer and dryer on-site to keep your beach gear fresh for each day’s adventure. When you're ready for some local flavor, shops and restaurants are just a short drive away in Surf City.

On the first floor, four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms provide a cozy, private space for everyone. On the north side, the street-side bedroom includes a bunk bed (two twins) and a daybed with a rollout trundle (two twins), while the oceanfront bedroom features a queen bed and access to the deck. These two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway. On the south side, a street-side bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom, while the oceanfront master bedroom includes a King bed, private bathroom, and access to the deck.

The second floor opens into a spacious great room with a comfortable living area, dining space, and a large, fully equipped kitchen for family meals. A street-side bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom at the end of the hall completes the layout of this level.
