Enjoy a commanding view from this two-bedroom, two full bath Waters Edge oceanfront condo and enjoy two (2) complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella set up prior to your arrival (Memorial Day through Labor Day only)!
If you just need a two-bedroom oceanfront condo, but don't want to feel like you're staying in a phone booth, here's the choice for you. This spacious Waters Edge two-bedroom has the same size living area as three-bedroom units, along with two full bathrooms. From the twelfth floor, the view is spectacular, spot the dolphins from the balcony or the sofa. Every vacation day begins and ends with the beauty of blue sky and golden sand, and the soothing sound of ocean waves that you will enjoy from comfortable furnishings.
Waters Edge is a premium condo resort. There are large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, exercise facilities, a lounge, restaurant, and convenience store all on the premises. The elevator from the lobby provides excellent handicapped access. When you're ready to feel the soft, warm sand between your toes, the soft, wide Garden City beach is right out from the lobby.
One guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other has a queen and a twin daybed. The living room sofa converts to a queen-size bed, allowing two more spots to sleep. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, pots, and pans. Dishes, glassware, and tableware are on hand. Linens are provided and you will arrive to find beds made, towels in place, bathroom tissue and a basket of household supplies on hand. . You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper!
Rules & Regulations:
- No Smoking in unit (Minimum of $500 fee if not followed)
- No grills/open flames allowed on porch or within 10ft of building (must be in designated grilling areas)
- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.
- No Trailers, RV's, or ATV's Allowed in Parking Lot
- OVERSIZE TRUCKS WILL NOT FIT IN PARKING GARAGE
- Parking Pass must be Displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)
- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.
Parking is limited at all oceanfront properties. We can only provide the number of parking tags allowed by the Home Owners Association and property manager. With this unit, we can only provide TWO (2) parking tags. Additional parking tags are available at the discretion of the building management between Nov. 15 - Mar. 15.
Garden City is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions, and over 100 excellent golf courses. The outstanding Conch Cafe is a short walk. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are about a mile south from Surmaster. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars and shopping are 1.5 miles north. Just a short drive south is the Murrell's Inlet "Restaurant Row", which boasts the best seafood in South Carolina. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property was clean and very well kept. The chairs and umbrella rental included with this rental was an extra perk. This rental is definitely a redo! The only complaint I would have is that the cookware needs replacing. The Teflon on the pans were pretty much scraped off.

We loved the location, building, and access. The space was open, clean, great view, and nice furniture and decorations. We would stay in this building again, and only this unit of things were fixed. My biggest issue is when we checked in on Sunday, we reported some issues to the property manager. ( door to balcony was difficult to open and close, vent in master bathroom did not work, the lamp over the dining room table was missing a piece. The master room door handle feif like it would break off at any time, and the double doors to the master room and washer/dryer area would not stay shut). The manager told me she would notify maintenance. She did say Mondays were busy, but he would be there soon. He never showed!!! It was not the end of the world work these issues, but it would’ve been nice to have them fixed, especially silly after saying maintenance would be there. They were irritating problems that should’ve been repaired. The kitchen could be a little more stocked because I had to use tho he j brought from home.
Overall, we would stay in this building again.
