Translation: My family came from Spain to spend Thanksgiving in the United States and the experience couldn't have been better! Thank you so much for keeping this place so great. The property was great, however we did have a couple of issues. The ac could not keep up to cool the main level. also, there was an alarm that went off about 5pm for low water level. I called the company and they sent someone out. He said that the light should go off after tanks filled up. At about 5am, the alarm went off again. I contacted the company and was told that it was not an emergency and they could not get someone out until office opened at 9am. One of our party was able to figure out how to turn the beeping off after about an hour.
