We stayed here for our annual family trip to Lake Ouachita. This condo worked great for our family. The condo size was great for us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The family and I had an amazing stay! There were 11 of us, 4 teenagers and 7 adults up for a 40th birthday celebration. All of us commented on how spacious it was and how comfortable the sleeping arrangements were. Abbi was an outstanding host and communicated very well. Would highly recommend this place as an option if you are staying in the area.

We had a great stay with our children and grandchildren. The house was very comfortably furnished for our needs with young children. The area was quiet. The expectations were clearing stated, reasonable and easy to follow.
The parking was a bit tight as all the units were full. The upstairs neighbors were quiet but seemed unaware that others were in the unit below. Examples: blowing off the deck while we were outside grilling and simply letting their dog outside to do his business wherever. We kept the children from exploring the yard so they did not step in fresh…..
