Beachside is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.
This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience.
The Beachside is a custom built three bedroom, two bath home located in Holmes Beach. This spectacular home is west of Gulf Drive for easy beach access with no busy streets to cross. There is a wonderful heated, salt water pool and spa for your use. The pool area is tropical and spacious with a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. It’s surrounded by swaying palms and native landscaping. Restaurants and shopping are located within walking distance.
There is a full size washer and dryer and multiple walk-in closets for extra storage. There is a large, gourmet kitchen. The Beachside has just been furnished from top to bottom with brand new, beautiful furnishings. The master bathroom features a beautiful whirl pool bath tub to relax in after a hard day at the beach.
There is a 50” television with a DVD player in the living room, a 40" television in the master bedroom, and a 32” television in the guest bedroom. Wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling is provided. This spectacular home will sleep six with a king bed, a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Book early! This is a very popular rental and will book very quickly!

We loved staying at Beachside. The house was very comfortable and clean. The furnishings and some flooring have been updated since the photos in the listing. That was a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was awesome! The house was a 60 second stroll to the beach. Everything about this home worked for us. Would be pleased to rent it again in the future.

The house was clean. Neat. Had everything you needed basics. 1.5 blocks to the beach. Pool/Jacuzzi with outdoor tropical setting. Nice bathrooms. Wonderful!

A beautiful well kept fully stocked home with an awesome private pool & hot tub that is just steps from the private beach. My family absolutely loved it here & hope to come back. All the shops & restaurants were very close & we loved them too!

Overall, the house was great, very clean, nice pool, a short walk to the best beach in the state. We had a couple of issues with the pool/spa system not working properly, but the owner took care of it. Sitting on the top floor deck is really nice. I think they need updated instructions on the TV, it took a couple days to figure it out. Even though it is on Gulf Drive, it was really not that noisy. We would definitely rent here again.
