The well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Schürer” is situated in a rural area between Friedrichshafen and Meckenbeuren, and is only a short drive from the banks of the beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, a wood-fired oven and satellite television. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony with a nice view over fields and greenery, and the private garden with seating furniture invites you to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked meals. The nearest supermarkets are only a 3-minute drive or 1.6 km away, a bakery is a 4-minute drive (2.4 km) away, and you can reach a restaurant after a 9-minute walk (700 m). The centre of Meckenbeuren is located a 7-minute drive (4.2 km) away, where you will find more shops, cafés and restaurants. You can get to the pretty centre of Friedrichshafen after a 10-minute drive (5 km), where you will also find the closest beach, Strandbad Friedrichshafen, as well as the Zeppelin museum and the ferry terminal. You can board a ferry to the town of Romanshorn, on the Swiss side of the lake. You can also reach a catamaran to Konstanz.
Another advantage of the apartment is the proximity to the trade fair in Friedrichshafen.
The apartment is also perfect as a starting point for bicycle tours into the scenic Allgäu region and around Lake Constance.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owner/host of the accommodation. Warm welcome with some beers and fruit in the fridge. You can ask anything and they will help you. Apartment has all the things you need and is very tidy and clean. Our dog had a wonderful time as well.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen (mit Blumen, Obst und gekühlten Getränken).
Lage zwar nicht direkt am See, aber ein prima Startpunkt für Touren rund um den See. Da wir mit Hund reisen für uns ideal, da man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten auf Feldwege und Waldwege kommt und den Hund laufen lassen kann.
Die Gastgeber sind für Fragen und Tipps (z.B. Essen gehen) immer offen.-
