About this house rental
Our place is awesome for big work groups and large families - we can host up to 16 people!
Attending a World Congress conference or selling at Americasmart? Impress your colleagues with a quiet space to come home to after the hubbub. We're only 10 min drive from the conferencing center. Across the two floors, everyone can relax and interact at their own pace.
Family coming in town? Plenty of space with two kitchens to prepare a feast, relax by the fireplace in the great room, or watch a favorite show on the smart TV. Head to the aquarium only 10 minutes drive.
Our place is a freestanding duplex home, with 2 complete units stacked on top of one another - that means 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, etc. Our guests love this layout as there's space to hang together and also grab a quiet moment alone as needed.
On the first floor, there's 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath and on the second floor an additional 5 bedrooms/ 2.5 baths.

If this is not respected, you’ll be asked to leave the property and will forfeit the security deposit.
We welcome guests that are:
- Aged 25 and over (primary booking guest only; kids & families are fine)
- Not local
- Rental agreement, ID and fully refundable security deposit ($500.00) required

This house was perfect for a multi family gathering. We loved being near to all the Atlanta attractions and walking distance to Lee and White with restaurants and bars. The host was easy to get in touch with when needed.

When planning a reunion of 9 people from different areas of the country and with different needs, it's hard to find a place to accommodate everyone. But this home offered the best of everything - location, comfort, amenities, space, parking, and a good place to gather. Our host was more than accommodating - she answered all our questions and gave us very good advice regarding things to do in the area. The house is located in a historic district, so expect some of the area to be a bit dated, but we felt safe and secure and were very happy with the area's convenience to the airport as well as attractions, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely choose this house again when coming to Atlanta.

Nice spot for large family/group. Host was easily accessible and responded quickly. Home was accommodating for my large group and very clean. Good location, easy access to interstate. Will definitely stay again when in ATL.
