About this house rental
Experience life in one of Naples' most pleasant neighborhoods just steps to the beach! Southern Sunset is a newly renovated and designer decorated coastal style home with all of the features and amenities you're searching for! Enter from the circular drive into an open living room with views out to the lanai, heated pool and hot tub. A new picture window screen enclosure showcases the lush landscaping around the very private pool area while keeping bugs out so you can enjoy dining and lounging on the covered lanai. Outside the lanai is a small deck area with a gas grill and fire pit with comfortable chairs. Inside, a split floor plan places the master bedroom on the west side of the house with a king size bed, flat screen TV and massive en suite bath. Three guest bedrooms are located on the east side of the house. The newly updated open kitchen with breakfast bar offers views out to the pool and dining room with pocketing sliders. The living room and adjacent sitting area offer space for everyone to lounge inside and watch the large television, also visible from the kitchen. When it comes to location, Southern Sunset will delight even the pickiest of Naples lovers! Less than half a mile to the beach, the home is set on a quiet Olde Naples street with little to no through traffic. Some of the best sunset viewing in town is done from the nearby North Lake Ave Beach Access and the Naples Beach Hotel is just a few blocks further north, where every evening is a sunset celebration! If you?re looking for a luxurious, quiet and private place to relax in Naples, Southern Sunset is calling! Bedroom Details: Master - located on west side of the house. king bed, smart cable TV and french doors out to the lanai. En suite bath with dual vanities, walkout shower, open bath tub and water closet. Bedroom 2 - located on east side of the house with king bed and smart cable TV, shares full bath with bedroom 3 Bedroom 3 - located on east side of the house with 2 twin beds, shares full bath with bedroom 2 Bedroom 4 - located at the back of the house on the east side with a queen size bed and Smart cable TV. Adjacent to pool bath, which has a shower. BOOKING DETAILS: Dates are not confirmed until we receive your inquiry and approve your rental. Between December-April, a 2+ month rental and/or even month dates (check-in on 1st of month, checkout on last day of month) may be required. Please inquire!

My family and I stayed at this property in May. It was clean and in a great location. I ran along the beach (you can drive and park if you have kids, it’s just a few blocks), dinners & ice cream downtown and swimming in the pool. We loved it!
We did need to contact the management company for a small issue, but they were quick to respond, friendly and took care of things right away.
We would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for downtown Naples. We would stay here again!

July 2022Our family had a wonderful time at the gorgeous Southern Sunset home. It was the perfect size for us. Beautifully decorated, very peaceful and location was excellent. The home was immaculate and we didn't need anything else. The only small thing we would recommend is an outdoor table/chairs for eating, incase you were wet from the pool. The indoor kitchen area is beautiful to eat at, but sometimes the kids wanted to swim/eat lunch and were still wet. The fire pit table and chairs are lovely, but too hard to eat on. Even a fold away table/chair would have been great. Otherwise we can't recommend this home enough....truly lovely. Holiday life were attentive and we didn't have any issues at all. Loved the home and hope to return soon.

Could not have asked for a better vacation month in this beautiful home. The location was within walking distance to the beach and 5th Avenue. The home was welcoming, very comfortable, and well laid out for our family. Holiday Life responded exceptionally quickly to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again! Truly a home away from home!

THe home was immaculate and precisely like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the house was designed well for a family with children. The property management was extremely gracious and responsive to issues we had with the hot tub.
