On the 1st floor (access by elevator): entrance hall, living room-kitchen area (double sofa bed - connected TV), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 BZ convertible sofa for 2 people 140x190 cm and 1 bunk bed for 1 person 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. 2 balcony terraces. Washer dryer. 1 private parking space outside and a garage in the basement included. Telephone and internet network limited depending on operators. Residence Les Portes du Mont-Blanc, made up of 2 chalets, at the entrance to the hamlet Le Plan, located in a valley, between meadows and forests, 4 km from La Giettaz and 10 km from Flumet (food shops during the seasons tourism). Very comfortable apartment with quality services, benefiting from 2 balcony terraces, one of which has a dining area. 4 km from Giettaz, opposite the slopes, the ski school and the chairlift connecting the Portes du Mont Blanc area (100 km of slopes) or the Evasion Mont Blanc area (445 km of slopes). In summer, marked hiking trails departing from the hamlet, the Col des Aravis or from the villages of Val d'Arly: Flumet, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Crest-Voland. Leisure center in Flumet 10 km away with lake (supervised swimming) and leisure facilities.
