Great condo as advertised except for the ski locker storage. Condo was clean and good layout for family. Closets were a bit overstuffed with items from the owner including the ski locker we were supposed to have access to, which was completely full so we had no ability to put our ski gear there.

We had 9 people in our group. Everything was perfect and just as listed. Very well stocked with anything you might need. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the location is amazing being very walkable to the lifts, even with little ones. The trip was negatively impacted by the hot tub having broken tile that were sharp. My 4 year old daughter cut her leg open just walking in the hot tub. It was deep enough to require a very expensive urgent care visit. I let sky Run Keystone (property management company) know, as well as on site property manager. I was told Sky Run Keystone would have a manager follow back up on Monday. I had to follow up and overall this did not seem like a big concern and have not had any active response back. I think this condo is a great location, but caution any guest to ensure the hot tub has been fixed or don't use it. Also, don't expect any help from Sky Run Keystone as they will just protect themselves.

Highly recommended! Location was fantastic, being so close to the bridge that connects to the bunny slopes. The apartment itself was well stocked up with blankets, kitchenwares etc…to accommodate 10 people in our group. The management was responsive too. The slight downside is that the apt is right above the underground garage and it kept some of us up at night whenever someone enters the garage since it’s really loud. There was some plumbing issues too (toilet and kitchen sink but there was a plunger and we used that) and the sink garbage disposal quit on us too. But otherwise the it’s a great apartment, we loved it and will rent again if we’re in the area!

The CONS: The lounging furniture including side chairs and sofa should probably be updated soon since the cushions are compressed and lumpy. There's not a lot of lounge seating. The primary bedroom mattress topper was squishy and the headboard rocked around a bit. The cleaning crew could pay more attention to whether the blankets in closets are actually clean or not. It would be nice if there were humidifiers in the bedrooms. The TV remotes (multiples) are a bit confusing to figure out. And it's noteworthy (but nothing to do about it) that the garage doors are right underneath two of the bedrooms so I'd advise sound-sensitive sleepers to be aware. The PROS: The pros outweigh the cons! The layout is great-plenty of sleeping and dining spaces. There are basically two primary suites with attached bathroom, and the other bedroom shares with the fold-down murphy bed. We didn't use the pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with good quality items and it's centrally located so you're still in the middle of everything when you're in the kitchen. The back deck area is huge and has amazing views of the ski mountain--there are wilderness views (we saw a moose at the creek!) and there are no buildings outside the windows--really nice! The bedrooms are good-sized and don't feel cramped. The gas fireplace was wonderful. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure and towels (including hot tub towels-thanks). The WiFi worked very well. The outdoor hot tubs are very close and were large, hot and bubbly--in was a super short walk indoors between the hot tubs and condo room. The garage parking was good (it requires creativity with a large truck or SUV) and the common elevator from garage drops you just a few steps from the condo door. The walking path between condo and ski lift at Mountain House Base Area took less than 15 minutes in full gear. The check-in and out processes for our room were excellent and easy. Overall, an outstanding condo and location and we would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, locateded a short walk from Mountain house base. Our family ( 3 adult kids) enjoyed our time skiing Keystone from this condo. It had a well furnished kitchen that made cooking our meals easy! Garage is nice, but a tight fit with a full size pick up truck. We opted to park outside as a result. Ski lockers and storage were not available for our use.
