Here is an absolutely stunning villa located on the sea itself with a large salt water heated pool, sea views from every which corner of the house, and splendid luxuries spread throughout. Villa Marvellais truly elegant in style with luminous, airy open living spaces, a fireplace, sauna, state of the art kitchen, romantic lighting, large en-suite bedrooms and bathrooms with double sinks and clawfoot standalone tubs - a complete setup for a dream vacation. The gorgeous deck facing the sea offers sun loungers, dining area with a barbecue and comfortable seating areas to enjoy the sunsets. With five en-suite bedrooms tenadult guests are comfortably accommodated. If there are more in your party there are two dazzling sister villas just next door.
Rogoznica,a former fishing village, isa popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay,pebble beaches,calm sea andclose proximity to Šibenik in one direction and Split in the other.Most notably, a UNESCO old town Trogir is a 30 minute drive and worth a visit. Because of its size the town is lovely for easy walks and much of its attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches are all nearby and can be reached on foot. We recommend visiting the local market for fresh fish and produce.
For transparency: please account for 1000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. From November to April pool heating is available with an additional pool heating fee. Please inquire about pets. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
