Life at Villa Monaco centers around a sprawling heated infinity pool and an outdoor terrace designed for the ultimate Mediterranean lifestyle. It is the perfect vantage point to watch the sunset over the neighboring Cap Ferrat peninsula. For our guests traveling with little ones or pets, the pool can be fully fenced upon request to ensure total safety.

The villa’s aesthetic is one of "discreet chic," featuring a light palette of whites and beiges meticulously chosen with an eye for detail. From the tasteful marble sculpted floors to the sun-drenched living areas that open directly onto flat lawns and wide terraces, every inch of the estate radiates luxury.

The estate offers a flexible 6 to 7 bedroom configuration across three independent structures:
The Main House: All suites feature stunning sea views and private bathrooms. A standout feature is the versatile suite with a connected private lounge, which can be seamlessly transformed into a 7th bedroom—perfect for children, an au-pair, or additional guests.
The Guest House: Includes two massive suites with sea views and private terraces.
The Studio: A private garden-view sanctuary for total autonomy. All suites are fully air-conditioned and designed with elegant furnishings to ensure a restful stay.

For the Active: A large trampoline (6-person capacity), table tennis, and a private fitness center.

Guests can enjoy full, exclusive access to the entire 4,000sqm gated estate, including the main house, guest house, and independent studio.
Parking & Arrival: Access to the villa is via a private 150-meter long driveway that stretches across the property. This exclusive entrance ensures total seclusion from the street and offers ample space for maneuverability.
Capacity: Secure on-site parking for up to 10 vehicles.
Protection: Includes 3 covered parking spaces, ideal for luxury sports cars or protecting vehicles from the Mediterranean sun.
Turnarounds: The driveway features two spacious turnarounds for effortless entry and exit.
Other things to note
Elite Security: Peace of mind is paramount. The property is a fully gated estate equipped with a sophisticated alarm system and advanced security measures to ensure a safe, private environment for high-profile guests and families.

There's staff that help maintain the house daily.This is literally The best house we have stayed at. We travel frequently and have stayed at many luxury villas. This has to be the top in the nation. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here.

Our stay at Villa Monaco was far more than we could have ever expected. The villa was beautiful and in an amazing location. Jessica was very welcoming and gracious, and her staff was extremely helpful.
We really enjoyed the village nearby with its shops, restaurants, and amenities. The view was spectacular, and the food was delicious.
It was a little piece of heaven! Thank you Jessica and team.

The pictures do not dissappoint and neither do the staff. Such a wonderful experinence. The villa itself is clean, and elegant with big spaceous rooms and an incredible view.
The Staff were extremely friendly and took great care of us all. The Chef and Driver in particular did a great job.
Highly recommend, planning on returning!
