Mountainside Inn is Telluride's most affordable property, conveniently located along the San Miguel River and just 200 yards to lift #7.

We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, and use one of the Mountainside Inn Parking Permits, there is a $20 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.*
The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators). Rooms may face the river, mountainside, parking lot or a neighboring building.
This room provides you with a two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, and the pans and dishes you need to complete any meal. The queen bed and twin bed are all in the same room. The bathroom has a large exterior vanity area and a step-in shower.
Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn.
The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.
Please be aware that your room number may differ than the one on your reservation confirmation. The Mountainside Inn reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable room without notifying the guest.
This room is dog-friendly with prior notification and a $30/night fee. Pet fees will be charged at check-in. Two dog limit.

This place has all the basic things you may need for a comfortable stay. Location is great, parking is a super plus. I stayed almost 3 weeks for work. Nothing fancy, what you see in pictures is what you get. Worked perfectly for my needs in Telluride!

This was a great choice and place to stay. Very good Thai place mere blocks away, trails practically outside the door that go for miles along the creek. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was a first visit to Telluride. We've lived in Denver for more than 30 years and it's quite a drive from there. But we're glad we did it. We stayed three nights. This room was fine for us because we don't spend a lot of time in hotels/motels/condos. We do things in the area. We chose this because we wanted to be near town and walk to everything, so this property is perfect for that in Telluride. Our Golden Retriever was with us and Telluride is a very dog-friendly town. The room was clean, the little kitchenette was fine for our needs (small refrigerator, cooktop stove, coffee maker, sink, dishes, utensils and glassware). If we visit again, we'll consider staying here again. It is an older property and there is no room service every day (which doesn't bother us), unless you stay five days or more, so if you want something more modern, you may want to consider others. But for the price, it is perfectly fine if you are more interested in taking in the sights and staying in town.
